6. Inexpensive and Delicious
Flunch has three self-service cafeterias in Paris: one near the Place de Clichy below Montmartre, another one in rue Beaubourg near the Pompidou Center art museum, and a third one in rue Pierre Lescot at the side of the Châtelet-Les Halles shopping and transportation complex. Meal prices range from €6,50 to €8.
After paying the cashier, head for the appropriate food station (e.g., chicken, fish, or grill) inside the dining room. Hand your sales receipt to the person behind the counter, and you’ll receive a plate with a slab of protein.
At the self-serve vegetable station, you can fill your plate with French fries, mashed potatoes, carrots, green beans, spinach, and whatever else attracts you.
