HOW TO OBTAIN AN APOSTILLE by the State Department of New York signed by the Secretary of State
In order to authenticate your certificate with the State of New York, the following requirements need to be met:
1. The issuing entity must be registered with the State of New York.
2. The certificate must be issued in New York.
3. Our company official must sign the document in front of a state-registered notary public.
4. The county clerk of Manhattan will certify the authenticity of the notary public.
5. Finally, the State Department of New York will apostille the document for international purposes. All schools worldwide will accept it.
