WORK IN AMMAN AS A TEFL TEACHER

The colleges and schools in Jordan have different policies of hiring TEFL teachers. Some schools and colleges offer a work permit and an annual residency permit in addition to social security registration.Other institutions share 50% of the fees of the work permit which is in total around 600 JOD. The schools usually help their teachers find convenient accommodation. Housing cost can be from $600 to $1,000. Monthly payments for TEFL teachers range from US$1,300 to $4,000. Contracts are either permanent (they automatically renew) or are one year. All teachers enjoy paid vacations in winter and in summer.

Meet Our iTTi Amman TEFL Team
Mr. Arman is an experienced trainer in ESP and Business English. He is a TEFL trainer and the founder of “Language Developing Programs in Schools” in Jordan. He worked for several state language institutes and was a trainer in post-conflict UN mission areas. Mr. Arman has a rich experience in teaching English to Arabic speakers and integrating communication and language theories in the process of teaching. He is a researcher in language anxiety and communication apprehension within the learning context.

How to Apply for a TESOL Course
Step 1
To begin the admission process for iTTi Amman in Jordan, you must first choose your start date, complete the online application form, and pay a deposit of USD $500.
Step 2
An iTTi Enrollment Counselor will then contact you with instructions on how to complete the required English Proficiency Assessment test if you are not a native speaker. You must obtain a B2/C1 level. A certificate will be provided to you by the iTTi School of English.
Step 3
Once you are notified of your acceptance into iTTi Amman in Jordan, your remaining tuition balance is due 30 days prior to your course start date.
