Orlando is the perfect place to study TEFL and explore, experiencing the Floridian life style of fun and entertainment.

Known by its theme parks around the world, Orlando is a city in Central Florida where the weather is consistently warm and sunny all year round. The city offers unique experiences for anyone looking for indoor and outdoor attractions, from spas to dining shows—Orlando is whatever you want it to be.

Millions of people visit Walt Disney World every year to experience days of adventure and fun. With tons of shopping, art deco, beaches, nightlife, amusement parks, and wonderful restaurants, Orlando is a dream destination for tourists and an inspiring place at the same time. Florida’s most popular beaches are within 75-minute distance by car or by bus. Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach (on the east coast), Treasure Island, Clearwater Beach, Fort De Soto, Siesta Key (on the west coast) are all totally worth the visit.

Coming to Orlando will not only help you get your TEFL certification, it will also expose you to the best entertainment Florida has to offer.

Our tefl orlando institute

Our TEFL classrooms are conveniently located in one of the modern buildings along International Drive in Orlando. Our classroom spaces are modern, air-conditioned, large rooms with large windows and up-to-date teaching equipment.

Class hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm during the seven business days of teaching practice. There is an hour lunch at noon time. Several short breaks for coffee or tea are throughout the day.

The teaching practice of our 120-Hour Combined TEFL Certification consists of preparing and teaching classes to different-level foreigners or residents with hardly any English skills. Our teaching practice students are mostly immigrants from South America. They come to the TEFL center daily to be taught there.

Our TEFL training school is in walking distance from countless stores, restaurants and attractions such as Universal studios and Premium Outlets.

TEFL/TESOL Certification with Teaching Practicum

work in orlando as a tefl

During the training, we help TEFL students set up a professional resume and supply them with information on how to get in touch with their prospective schools.

With Orlando being one of the most attractive tourist locations in the United States, plenty of tourists and students go there. There is a lot of work for English teachers as a result.

TEFL graduates can find English teaching jobs in language centers, private schools, colleges and universities. Colleges and universities tend to hire TEFL teachers as adjuncts. Most ESL programs accept applications all year around; teachers can expect to teach English during the fall, spring and summer semesters.

There are numerous language schools featuring English classes in the city.

However, because of the number of qualified applicants, these positions can also be very competitive. Language schools are selective and will expect all candidates to possess a degree and TESOL certificate in order to qualify for positions.

Teachers working for language schools are generally paid an hourly rate. Teachers in colleges and universities can expect a salary.

The hourly salary varies dramatically depending on the school (from about $18 – $25 per hour). At the university, the part-time salary is $3,500 for teaching a 14-week class which meets 3 times per week.

We will provide more detailed career information during our training program.
